- 148 pages of text and images on 8.5" x 11" 70# paper
- black hardcover binding (glued)
- dustjacket on glossy porcelain coated 100# paper
- text pages are full color via photoinkjet printer
The CD is simply an Adobe Acrobat (pdf) version of the book burned to a CD.
