1. System
Requirements

A CDROM drive.

An internet browser (such as Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Explorer).

Adobe Acrobat reader. This free program can be downloaded from the
Adobe web site at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/main.html

The CD will work with PCs or Macs.
2. Setup

Insert the CD into your CD drive.
- The autorun feature will probably start the "eamt.html" file. Follow onscreen instructions.
- If the autorun feature does not bring up the "eamt.html" file, open the file directly from the CD. From the Start menu, choose Run. In the Run dialog box, type "d:eamt.html." NOTE: If your CD drive letter is not d, substitute the letter of the drive containing the compact disk. Press ENTER and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Once you are familar with the "eamt.html" file, you may find it helpful to create a shortcut to it from your desktop. In Windows, right click on the "eamt.html" file and choose "Send to" then select "Desktop (create shortcut)". This will insert a shortcut on your desktop for easy access to the file.

Care and Maintenance of the CDR Compact Disk

This disk is a CDR which means that it is much more fragile that a standard
compact disk.

Avoid getting fingerprints, dust or smudges on the green side of the disc.

The disc should never be exposed to excessive heat or humidity. Avoid
any exposure to direct sunlight.

Version 6.0 contains three texts not included in previous versions:

- Lake, Thomas - Endo-Nasal, Aural and Allied Techniques (1949, Sixth Edition)
- Lane, M.A. - Dr. A. T. Still Founder of Osteopathy (1918)
